My parents who both have different forms of advanced dementia and serious memory decline have been together at Colibri Blue for over a year. My husband and I were their caregivers for four years and we are acutely aware of their needs. We are constantly amazed by the quality of care, and  the compassion shown by Fernanda and her staff. My parents are always impeccably dressed and well groomed, and the staff organize daily activities and even chaperoned outings appropriate to their abilities. The residence feels like a happy home, not an institution, and the food is wonderful. Communication with us, their family, is incredible to the point that we feel actively involved in their ongoing care. We couldn’t ask for more.
